This Privacy Policy explains how Zondo, Inc. ("Zondo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the Zondo agent platform located at zondo.condos and related features and services that link to this Policy (the "Platform"). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
The Platform is offered only to licensed real estate professionals who are United States residents and at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Platform is not directed to home buyers, home sellers, or the general public.

We verify real estate licensure using publicly available records of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation ("DBPR"). We may obtain your name, license number, and license status from those records to confirm your eligibility to use the Platform.
The Platform displays information about real estate developers, their sales teams, and certain real estate professionals featured on the Platform, including names, business contact details, company information, and images. Some of this information is submitted by developers under a separate Developer Submission Agreement, and some is compiled by Zondo from public sources. If you are an individual featured on the Platform and would like your information corrected or removed, you may contact us using the details in Section 13, and we will address your request as appropriate.

We share personal information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data storage, artificial intelligence processing, voice features, and email delivery. These providers are permitted to use personal information only to provide services to us. The principal service providers we use are:

We may also use other service providers that support our operations, and we may add, remove, or change service providers and update this list from time to time. If we begin using a payment processor for any future paid features, we will update this Policy accordingly.
Lead-sharing is part of how the Platform connects agents with developers. At registration, you provide separate consent to lead-sharing, and this consent is required to use the Platform. When you download documents for a specific development, or view live pricing or inventory for a specific development, we share your email address with the applicable developer or its sales team as a lead notification. Notifications are deduplicated, so multiple actions within the same development generate a single notification. A developer's use of your information is governed by the developer's own privacy practices and is not covered by this Policy.
We may disclose personal information to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a governmental request; to enforce our Terms or other agreements; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zondo, our users, or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy or provide notice as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising or marketing trackers. We use Google Analytics for traffic and usage analytics only, on an anonymized basis. The only disclosure of your contact information to developers is the lead notification described in Section 3.2.
The Platform uses a third-party artificial intelligence provider to process your questions and other Input in order to generate responses. That provider receives the content of your Input to perform this processing. We do not use your Input, and we do not permit this provider to use your Input, to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence model. Where voice features are available, your spoken queries are converted to text in real time by a third-party speech-to-text provider and are not stored or transcribed off-platform. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified, as described in the Terms of Service.
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, maintain security, and understand how the Platform is used. Some cookies are necessary for the Platform to function, including authentication cookies that support passwordless login. We also use Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage on an anonymized basis; we do not use advertising or marketing trackers. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect how the Platform works.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform and for the purposes described in this Policy. After you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within thirty (30) days, except for information that we are permitted or required to retain by law, that remains in routine backups until those backups cycle in the ordinary course, or that we have already shared with a developer at your direction.
We extend the following choices and rights to all users of the Platform, regardless of whether a particular privacy law applies to your information:

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as required by law.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
The Platform is intended only for licensed real estate professionals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under eighteen, we will delete it.
Zondo is based in the United States, and we store and process personal information in the United States. The Platform is intended for United States residents only and is not directed to individuals located outside the United States.
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party you interact with.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Platform or by email. Changes are effective when posted.
